Required Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm; Sunday - 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Available to work holiday time periods
Additional days and hours as required
Hours subject to change

The Best Candidate Requirements:

  • Appreciation of nature, a passion for bird watching and the hobby of bird feeding
  • Commitment to provide a “WOW” customer shopping experience through superior customer service using: effective listening skills, strong communication skills, providing expert advice, professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to use a computer based POS system, Word and Excel (training for POS provided)
  • Previous retail experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and spend extended hours on your feet
  • Ability to lift and carry bird seed (up to 50 lbs) for our customers – a foundation of our service!
  • Flexible hours - we are open 7 days a week and associates are expected to be available on weekdays, weekends as well as evenings
