Free event, no registration required, and will proceed rain or shine

This event is perfect for those in the GTA who are considering purchasing their first pair of binoculars or a spotting scope, looking to upgrade their current gear, or simply have questions and wish to try out the optics before buying.

The event will take place at our store, within an area sheltered from the weather. Attendees will have the opportunity to test all the optics hands-on. Representatives from the product manufacturers and WBU optics specialists will be available to respond to inquiries, help set up binoculars, demonstrate the mounting of a spotting scope on a tripod for testing, and display various accessories, including digiscoping adapters.

Local celebrity birder, acclaimed author, and Zeiss Optics ambassador Julia Zarankin will lead a free beginner friendly hike before the event and will also be present afterwards. Take this chance to converse with Julia about her birding adventures, her ambassadorship with Zeiss, and the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of her best-selling memoir, "Field Notes from an Unintentional Birder."
