Decorate a Tree for the Birds

Bird watching and bird feeding is a fun family activity. When our children were small we loved to create our own homemade birdfeeders using items from around the house. A stale bagel became a bird feeder, a pinecone picked up at Papa's tree farm was now a bird feeder hanging in our tree my morning grapefruit skin didn't go in the organic waste - you guessed it - a bird feeder and those cookies baking in the oven (mmmm... they do smell good) - for the birds.

You can create these fun eco-friendly feeders in your home and your birds will love them.
